Shipping charges - 1 shirt $6.65, 2 shirts $8.00, 3 shirts $10.75, 4 or more $13.45 All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order (U.S. orders only) within 7-10 business days. Please add an additional 2-3 business days when ordering personalized shirts. International - Presently, we ship to most foreign countries. We ship via the United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail or the most efficient carrier. International orders are usually received within 2-3 weeks. Our international rates are as follows: Canada: $18.50 per order All Other Countries: $29.00 per order If your country is not listed in the Country pull-down menu, we do not ship to that country, but you can confirm this by emailing US. Our guarantee... We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. If you don't like what we sent you, let us know. We'll immediately issue you a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any product that has not been personalized or customized. For our personalized and customized products, we guarantee that they will be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. If they’re not, you may return them to us in their original condition for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. And we'll be friendly about it too with no hassles -- that's our commitment to customer service excellence! Our return policy... For a full product refund, store credit, or exchange, please return your shirt(s) to us within 30 days of when you receive them, by the most cost effective carrier (usually this is the US Postal Service), and in original condition (please, no worn or washed shirts). Please include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating if you’d prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund. We'd also like to know why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order. Keep in mind that personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship and/or order processing errors. We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we can't give you a refund. Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order. Our designs are printed on the front of the shirt but... Except for a couple of biker designs, all of our shirts are printed on the front. By special request we'll print the design on the back. Include instructions in comments section on order page. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Colors: We offer our shirts in colors Ash and White. Black is available on certain designs which will be listed as an option on those item pages. If you have questions email help with your questions. Although we’d like to offer all designs on any of the three color shirts and possibly more, the reality is that certain designs look best on certain color shirts. Our designs are printed on Hanes quality shirts. Hanes Beefy-T (100% cotton) short sleeve t-shirt, ring-spun softness. Hanes Beefy-T (100% cotton) long sleeve t-shirt, ring-spun softness. Hanes Ultimate cotton crew 10 oz. sweatshirt. (90% cotton 10% poly fleece), soft plush cotton face. Hanes Woman's, Silver For Her, relaxed fit, (70% cotton 30% Rayon) short sleeve t-shirt, softly shaped crewneck, soft smooth fabric. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Washing Instructions We take great pride in the shirts we print. With proper care, our shirts will last for years. Like all embellished garments, your shirt should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness. For maximum longevity, don' t tumble dry (or dry clean). If T Shirt is placed in dryer, we suggest you turn it inside-out and dry on a low-medium heat setting. After you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation. We recommend you print this out and save it. In addition to listing what you purchased where to ship your order, it also includes your confirmation number, which we will need in the event you need to contact us. We will also send you an email within minutes of placing your order reconfirming the details. Once we receive your order, we typically ship it within 3-5 business days. At any time, you may track your order by going to our Track Order section and entering the necessary login information. Please keep in mind that the Track Order section is updated once per day excluding weekends and holidays. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email from us confirming the shipping method and date.
